PENTA TROLL
Penta "Troll" is a very robust and user-friendly service trolley for Penta Hot Air Leveling systems.
The table offers optimal possibilities to store all dismantled parts of the system safely and professionally in a designated place during maintenance. The table is made of high-quality stainless steel and has four swivel castors for maximum flexibility in handling around the HAL system. There are specially designed holders on the top shelf that serve as a mount for the air knives and are adapted to the procedure for daily cleaning and adjustment of the air knives. At the front, there are holders for all the tools normally required for dismantling, adjusting and cleaning the system.
Pentagal's own tools are included in the scope of delivery:
Dismantled plates (air knife cover) and cross locking bar can be stored at the rear to save space.
At the front end, there is a holder for the solder pump and a drip tray underneath the pump as well as an additional small swivel table that can be rotated 270° and adjusted and fixed in height. The swivel table can be moved over the solder pot and serves as a container for dross when cleaning the solder pot. This keeps the hall floor clean and the operator has both hands free for cleaning work.
A solid handle for pushing the trolley is attached to the front end. Behind it is a paper dispenser for cleaning cloth rolls up to 250 mm wide and a small swivel ball-head vice for minor repairs and reworking on site.
